Pastor:
Michael Dean and his family have been members of Travis since 1991. His wife's name is Martha Nan Dean and they have two daughters named Allison Nicole and Ashley Lauren. Dr. Dean was ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1976 and has served in Pastor and Associate Pastor positions in the Texas and New Mexico area. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University, a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Dean currently serves as Pastor of Travis and is heavily involved with several community organizations and denominational boards and committees.

Executive Producer:
Bernie Hargis and his wife Barbara Hargis have been members of Travis since 1982. They have a daughter named Anne. Bernie is on the church staff as Minister of Service/Communications. He also teaches a small group Bible study in the young adult department. Bernie has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Ouachita Baptist University and a Masters of Arts in Film from Northwestern University. He has twenty-nine years of experience at Southern Baptist Radio/TV Commission, later called FamilyNet as Television Producer/Editor/Writer.

Producer: John Flenniken joined the Travis staff as Media Director in November 2007 after 26 years as an audio recordist/editor/mixer at the Southern Baptist Radio-Television Commission and FamilyNet network. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast/Film Arts from Southern Methodist University.

Associate Producer:
Carl McReynolds and his family have been members of Travis since 1991. His wife's name is Nancy McReynolds and they have one daughter named Heather and one son named Stephen. Both children are married and their spouses' names are Andy Bryant and Shelbi McReynolds. Carl has two grandchildren named Ethan McReynolds and Aubrey Bryant. Working free lance TV and Radio production in college gave Carl the experience needed to be a critical member of the Travis Media team.

Script Writer:
Kathryn Flenniken has been of member of Travis since November 2007. Kathryn works with her husband John in the media department, serving as the administrative assistant and volunteer coordinator, as well as "floating" in the Sunday services to cover lights, audio, screens, and/or duplication. She and John have been married for over thirty years.

Host:
Karen Sanders and her husband Kent have been members of Travis since 1994. Their son Dustin and his wife, Lynn, have a daughter Corinne, who is a special gift to their family. They have served as directors of one of the Senior Adult Bible Study Departments since 1998. Karen is a facilitator for P.L.A.C.E., which helps church members find their place in ministry. She has been a TV Christian talk show host, a speaker for women's events, and recently retired from 28 years in public education. She served the last five years as Executive Director for Professional Development.
